At FlowDrift, we take intellectual property rights seriously and have established clear and enforceable procedures in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), codified in 17 U.S.C. § 512. We respect the legitimate rights of creators and copyright holders and provide a mechanism to address instances of alleged copyright infringement that may occur within the content hosted or distributed via our platform. If you believe that content available through our services infringes upon your copyright, we invite you to submit a formal DMCA notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must be in writing and should include all elements listed below in order to be considered a valid and actionable copyright infringement claim under the DMCA: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works; Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact the complaining party, such as a full name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address; A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, FlowDrift will respond expeditiously by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user responsible for posting the material and offer them the opportunity to respond via a formal counter-notification. If a valid counter-notification is received, we may reinstate the content unless legal action is initiated by the original complainant within the timeframe specified by law. Misuse of this process, including the submission of false claims, is subject to legal penalties and may result in consequences under federal law. Please act responsibly and ensure you have the legal rights to submit a takedown request before proceeding.
